A very caring Dr Sibson.
Availability of preferred doctor.
As a deaf person I find it difficult to hear my name called - Some improvements needed here.

The nurse rang me back, listened to what I had to day and booked me in to see if the GP instead of leaving me to struggle had appointment booked for 3rd March which was first available apt so have been seen before and can get treated sooner before get worse.

The GPs know me very well, after being with the practice for many years.
They know my physical and mental issues and chat with me, to put my mind at rest as to my illness and treatment.
